Rosewood Lane, Roseville, The minor variance is for <br />building an open trellis structure projecting into the front <br />yard set back approximately 81-411, to aline with existing planters <br />to be rebuilt. The trellis structure is designed to enhance the <br />front entry. The variance would be to zoning section 13.075 (2) <br />to allow trellis as similar structure. <br />As the result of information received from a meeting with Howard <br />Dahlgren and David Drown, enclosed is the following information <br />for a minor variance: <br />1 Signed 8�11xll+l plans showing the trellis structure by residents <br />at 2146, 21499 2159 & 2162 So. Rosewood Lane, Roseville. <br />Included is a photograph of the existing front of house. <br />2 Application form for minor variance with $25 fee. <br />I will be out of town until 9 April, please notify Greg Amer of <br />required meetings with the minor variance Board & City Council, <br />so that he can attend.
