<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - April 22, 1985. 7:30 p.m.
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos.
<br />Members absent: None.
<br />A-1 Kehr moved, Curley seconded that the minutes of the regular MINUTES
<br />meeting of April 8, 1985 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />Curley moved, Johnson seconded that the minutes of the special
<br />meeting of April 15, 1985 be approved. Roll call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Curley and Franke. Nays: None. Abstained: Kehr and
<br />Demos, because they were absent from the meeting.
<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that the City Council join with PROCLAMATION
<br />the Mayor in proclaiming May 2, 1985 as Day of Prayer in
<br />Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />8-1 Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Tanurb Developments, Inc. TANURB
<br />application for final plat at 2480 Fairview Avenue be continued
<br />to the May 13, 1985 regular Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Kehr. Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />B-2 Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Resolution 7717, receiving the RESOLUTION
<br />feasibility study for project P-84-24A, Sextant Avenue east of 7717
<br />Grotto Street, and changing the hearing date from April 22,
<br />1985 to May 13, 1985, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,
<br />Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None
<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the hearing for project P-84-
<br />24, Sextant Avenue west of Grotto Street, be continued to the
<br />meeting of May 13, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnston, Kehr,
<br />Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />8-3 Kehr moved, Franke seconded that C. R. Hakworthy's application C. R.
<br />for final plat at 171 Center Street be continued to the meeting HAKWORTHY
<br />of May 13, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Curley,
<br />Franke and Demos. gays: None.
<br />C-1 Johnson moved, Franke seconded that a Council Work Session be WORK
<br />established for Monday, June 3, 1985 at 7:00 p.m.. for the SESSION
<br />purpose of reviewing the performance of the City Manager. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Curley, Franke and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />E-1 Kehr moved, Franke seconded that James Saari's application for JAMES
<br />minor variance to the Shoreland Management Ordinance by SAARI
<br />permitting a deck to be constructed to within 40 feet of the
<br />highwater line of Lake Josephine at 3084 1{amline Avenue be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson. Kehr, Curley, .Franke and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
