RQUEST FOR <br />COUNCIL ACTION DATE: 5/13/85 <br />ITEM NO.: <br />Department Approval: Manager Reviewed: Agenda Section: <br />Reports and Recommendations <br />Item Description: John Bauman application for minor variance to rear <br />yard setback at 1807 Aglen Street. <br />The Minor variance Board has recommended approval of John Bauman's <br />application for minor variance to rear yard setback at 1807 Aglen <br />Street. Mr. Bauman proposes to construct an attached garage, which will <br />extend to within eighteen and one half feet of the rear vatd property <br />line. The required setback is 30 feet. <br />The affected property owners have indicated their approval of the <br />variance. <br />Attached is a site plan of the property. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying John Bauman's <br />application for minor variance to rear <br />yard setback at 1807 Aglen Street. <br />
