PARISE <br />LZOAL A33I5TANT <br />At your request, I have reviewed the Abstract for the <br />above described property which was last continued on <br />July 28, 1977. <br />Based on my review of the Abstract, there is no record <br />of any private restrictions relating to the subdivision <br />of your lot such as minimum lot size, etc. It appears <br />that if you are able to meet the applicable governmental <br />restrictions in connection with the proposed subdivision, <br />the subdivision should be approved. <br />I believe the next step would be to discuss the proposed <br />subdivision with a Roseville city employee of the Planning <br />Department.
