EXHIBIT "C" <br />Item #10 - Reasons for Request <br />In the Limited Retail Districts (B-lB),site plans for all develop- <br />ments require a Special Use Permit prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />Various separate ownership is proposed for parts of the larger <br />tract, therefore requi ing re -platting. <br />The proposed plat creates an interior lot and the site plan provides <br />for common open space, ingress and egress roadways and parking, <br />therefore requiring a Planned Unit Development. <br />
