Until such time as the "Future Road" is constructed <br />from the east property line to Dale Street, a temporary <br />hammerhead turnaround shall be constructed at the east <br />property line to facilitate ingress and egress for <br />fire -fighting and other emergency or public service <br />equipment and vehicles; <br />F. Plaintiff shall provide to the property owners to the <br />east of his "Kehr Land" an easement over the private <br />street to be constructed in his development and shall <br />assure maintenance of that street by a Homeowners' <br />Association to be established in accomplishment of the <br />Planned Unit Development. <br />3.
