NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT 11tNy CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville, <br />Will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, <br />January 2, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following <br />request: <br />M.T. Realty Corporation request for variance to sign area and height <br />limitations at 2350 Cleveland. <br />The applicant installed a sign at Mother Tucker's Restaurant which exceeds <br />the City's size and height limitations for the B-lb district. The cause of <br />the non-conformance was a misunderstanding of the code limitations. The <br />applicant is requesting a variance to allow the current sign to remain. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 1, Block 1, Rosedale Center Second Addition, and that part <br />of Lot 2, Block 1, Rosedale Center Second Addition, <br />Ramsey County, describe;i as follows: Beginning at the <br />Northwest corner of said Lot 2, thence on an assumed <br />bearing of South 0 degrees 26 minutes 05 seconds West <br />along the West line of said Lot 2 a distance of 150 <br />feet; thence South 89 degrees 33 minutes 55 seconds East <br />a distance of 225 feet; thence North along a line parallel <br />to the West line of said Lot 2 to the North line of said <br />Lot 2; thence (Vest along the North line of said Lot 2 to <br />the point of beginning. <br />jJames F.
