NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville <br />will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, <br />January 2, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following <br />request: <br />Kenneth Schwalbach request for variances to setbacks at 2611 Rice Street. <br />The applicant proposes to construct an addition to the existing Hardware <br />Store.
