Applicants requesting a rezoning, special rye <br />of lot, or platting of permit, PUD, variance, division <br />property are ex-xxiraged to conduct a neighborhood <br />meeting at least fifteen (15) days before the scheduled Planning Commission <br />Public Hearing, and shall send, notices to all of the affected property owners. <br />Affected owners are whose listed on the required Abstractor's Certificate.
