REQUEST FOR COUNCIL. ACTION <br />AGENDA SECTION: <br />Reports & Recommendations <br />ITEM NO ' IT <br />DATE: 10/22/84 <br />DEPT. HEAD APPROVAL, <br />EM DESCRIPTION.' Edward Stewart request for minor variance MGR. REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />- I at 2085 Farrington. <br />Edward Stewart proposes to construct an addition to the existing house at <br />2085 Farrington. The existing Douse extends to within 22 feet of the front <br />yard property line. The ordinance requires a 30 foot setback. The minor <br />variance is required to bring the existing house into conformance with <br />City Code. <br />ORIGINATING DEPT./DIV.: <br />Administration <br />The Minor Variance Board will provide a verbal recommendation at the <br />Council meeting. <br />Attached are a site plan and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approvin;;/deny.ing Edward Stewart's <br />request for minor variance to bring the <br />existing house into conformance with City <br />Code at 2085 Farrington. <br />
