NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville <br />will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, <br />November 7, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following <br />requests: <br />Walter Kohler request for variance to parking lot requirements at <br />3070 Lexington. <br />The applicant proposes to add a drive -up window to the existing Dairy Queen <br />Restaurant. The variance is needed to bring the parking area into conformance <br />with City Code to allow the addition of the drive -up window. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: That part of Lot 9, St, Paul Park, and the North half of <br />v â–ºcated BrerLner Avenue accruing"to said Lot 9, according <br />to the recorded plat thereof, lying southeasterly of <br />Lexington Avenue as presently laid out, and lying southerly <br />of a line drawn parallel to and 141.26 feet north of the <br />center line of vacated Brenner Avenue and lying northwesterly <br />of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the <br />north line of Section 2, Township 29, Range 23, distant <br />175 feet east of the northwest corner of said Section 2, <br />thence south at right angles a distance of 183 feet, thence <br />southwesterly to a point distant 250 feet southeasterly <br />(measured at right angles to said described line) from the <br />southwest corner of said lot 9 and there terminating; <br />Also, all that part of Lot 9, St. Paul Park, described as <br />follows: Commencing; at the southwest corner of said Lot <br />9; thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of <br />Lexington Avenue a distance of 118.15 feet to the point of <br />beginning of the triangular parcel of land herewith <br />described, thence easterly parallel with the south line <br />of said Lot 9, a distance of 200 feet; thence northwesterly <br />to a point on the southeasterly line of Lexington Avenue <br />Distant 2S feet northeasterly from the point of beginning; <br />thence southwesterly a distance of 25 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />EXCEPT: That part of said tract lying easterly of a line <br />located 50 feet west of and parallel to the west line of <br />Section 2, Township 29, Range 23, according to the plat <br />thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />.'A,V_1-ames F.
