PLA.NNTNG REPORT
DATE:
CASE NUMBER:
APPLICANT:
LOCATION:
A("ION REQUESTED:
PLANNING GONSIDERATIONS:
7 November 1984
1556-84
Marie Rreitz
North of Parker, South of Burke,
Easterly of Lexington Avenue
Approval of Division of Lot
I. The property in question has frontage on Parker and Burke Avenues and is
similar to other properties in the area which have been divided into two
lots with the opening of Burke Avenue.
2. Attached is a copy of a sketch submitted by the applicant indicating a
proposed division of the lot so as to product a lot with 210 feet of depth
of Parker Avenue, and 229 feet of depth off of Burke Avenue. The
northerly dimension would appear to include 30 feet of dedication for
Burke Avenue.
3. As you will note on the copy of the attached portion of the section map of
this area of the City, lots in the immediate area that have been similarly
divided are approximately the same depth. The width of the lot, similar
to that in the immediate area, is 87.5 feet. The City standard for such
interior lots (not a corner lot( is 85 feet of width.
4. It would appear that the proposed division is appropriate in scale wi h
development in the immediate area.
