HEAD APPROVAL. <br />/14 <br />Reports & Recommendations Administration <br />ITEM NO.: ITEM DESCRIPTION' Marie Kreitz request for division of lot MGR, REVIEWED RECOMMENDS: <br />at 991 Parker. <br />The Planning Commission, at its November 7 meeting, unanimously recommended <br />approval of Marie Kreitz request for division of lot at 991 Parker, with <br />the following conditions: <br />1) That staff approve the grading and drainage plans for the site. <br />2) That 30 feet of right-of-way be dedicated for Burke Street. <br />Attached is the Planner's Report. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Marie Kreitz request <br />for division of lot at 991 Parker, with conditions <br />if desired. <br />
