Bob Luken request for minor variance at MGR. R I WED/RECOMMENDS: <br />E -3 3030 Asbury. <br />The Minor Variance Board, at its October 3 meeting, recommended approval <br />of Bob Luken's request for minor variance to allow the construction of an <br />attached garage extending to within 20 feet of the front yard property line <br />at 3030 Asbury. The average established setback on the block is approximately <br />35 feet. <br />Attached are a site plan and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Bob Luken's request for <br />minor variance to allow the construction of an <br />attached garage extending to within 20 feet of <br />the front yard property line at 3030 Asbury. <br />
