MAAS, PH.D. <br />CONSULTANT <br />Health Resources Assistance Corporation was organized in <br />1980 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Resources, Inc., <br />a non-profit holding company. Additional partners of the appli- <br />cant for this project: may also be designated at some point in the <br />future. Biographies of the applicant's officers and board of <br />directors have been provided. The applicant's primary business <br />is as a health care provider. <br />The applicant's corporate counsel are Moore, Costello <br />and Hart of Saint Paul. Its accountants are McGladrey, <br />Hendrickson 6 Pullen of Saint Paul. The proposed underwriter is <br />First Corporate Services, Minneapolis. <br />2. The Project; <br />From the proceeds of the industrial revenue financing, <br />the applicant proposes to acquire land for, to construct and to <br />equip an approximately 14,543 square foot family care center. <br />Breakdowns of the square footage for the various portions of the <br />project have been submitted. The center will provide a variety <br />of health care related services including a physician's clinic, <br />an urgent care center, a day care center, a pharmacy, family <br />therapy services, chemical dependency counseling, community edu- <br />cation and possibly other health services. The construction <br />period is anticipated to be from November 15, 1984 to Jane 15, <br />1985. <br />The project will be located on approximately 2.3 acres <br />on Snelling Avenue one-half mile north of Rosedale Shopping <br />Center.
