Benshoof <br />SUBJ: Traffic Information Related to Proposed Central <br />Treatment and Recovery Facility <br />INTRODUCTION <br />In response to your request, this report provides traffic <br />information as input to the Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet (EAW) that you are preparing for the proposed <br />Central Treatment and Recovery Facility. Specifically, the <br />purpose of this memorandum is threefold: <br />1 ) To describe the volume and routing characteristics of <br />truck traffic generated by the proposed development. <br />2) To indicate the existing total traffic volumes on routes <br />that would be affected by the projected truck traffic <br />to/from the proposed development. <br />3) To assess the ability of the public roadway system to <br />accommodate the projected development truck traffic. <br />As you have indicated, the proposed development would be a <br />newly constructed facility on the south side of Rose Place, <br />a short distance from the intersection of County Road C and <br />Walnut Street in the City of Roseville. <br />
