Surface and ground water quality could be affected <br />with an accidental spill. However, federal RCRA, <br />state, and county requirements for hazardous waste <br />treatment and storage facilities will prevent any <br />adverse impacts from occurring. <br />24.c. Noise generated by truck traffic associated with the <br />project will be alleviated by the use of properly <br />muffled equipment, routing truck traffic to avoid an <br />adverse effect on residents, and limiting such <br />traffic to daytime hours. <br />Facility operational noise at the truck dock <br />loading/unloading area will be minimal due to design <br />requirements. <br />24.b. Fugitive dust emissions due to the operation or <br />construction of the proposed facility will be <br />mitigated to assure compliance with Minnesota <br />7005.0550.
