It is indicated from the <br />attached traffic report, Attachment 9, that the Project <br />would have a negligible effect on traffic even if the <br />incoming volume were to increase three -fold. <br />30. Noise generated by truck traffic associated with the <br />project will be alleviated by the use of properly <br />muffled equipment, routing truck traffic to avoid an <br />adverse effect on residents, and limiting such <br />traffic to daytime hours. <br />Facility operational noise at the truck dock <br />loading/unloading area will be minimal due to design <br />requirements. <br />24.b. Fugitive dust emissions due to the operation or <br />construction of the proposed facility will be <br />mitigated to assure compliance with Minnesota <br />7005.0550.
