It is in dire need of <br />not only repair, but complete replacement. It is planned to remove <br />the current black top surface and replace it with a concrete surface. <br />Basically, the planned new --concrete driveway will occupy the same footprint <br />as the current black top surface in the area of the minor variance. <br />The attached sketch of the driveway shows where the variance is to be <br />effective. Note that the profile of the current black top and proposed <br />cement driveway will be the same in the area of the variance request. <br />
