The ordinance requires a 30 foot setback. <br />Attached area site plan and a map shoeing affected property owners. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Glen Davidson's request <br />for minor variance to allow the construction of <br />a house within 15 feet of the rear yard property <br />line at 1780 County Road C-2. <br />
