REQUEST FOR COUNC <br />AGENDA SECTION: ORIGINATING DEPT. /DIV. : <br />Reports and Recommendations Administration <br />ITEM NO.: IITEM DESCRIPTION' <br />Glen Davidson request for minor variance <br />at 1780 County Road C-2 <br />T ON _ DATE: A/3/84_! <br />DEPT,HEAD APPROVAL. <br />MGR.,,REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS: <br />Tile Minor Variance Board, at its August 1st meeting, recommended approval of <br />Glen Davidson's request for minor variance to rear yard setback to allow the <br />proposed house to be constructed within 15 feet of the rear yard property line <br />at 1780 County Road C-2. The ordinance requires a 30 foot setback. <br />Attached area site plan and a map shoeing affected property owners. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Glen Davidson's request <br />for minor variance to allow the construction of <br />a house within 15 feet of the rear yard property <br />line at 1780 County Road C-2. <br />
