NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby Riven that the Minor Variance Board of the <br />City of Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />will meet at 8:15 a.m., Wednesday, August 1, 1981, in the City <br />Hall to consider the following: <br />Richard Wallin request for minor variance to north <br />side yard setback at 1&19 Western. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a garage to the rear of the <br />existing house. The existing driveway extends to within less <br />than one foot from the north side yard property line.
