HEAD APPROVAL. <br />IEWED/ RECOMMENDS : <br />The Planning Commission, at its July llth meeting, unanimously recommended approval <br />of Ed Flaherty's request for 2 foot variance to rear yard setback, and request <br />for 19 and 24 foot variances to driveway setbacks to bring the existing driveways <br />into conformance with City Code at 1925 Lexington, with the following conditions: <br />1) That 16 feet of additional right-of-way be dedicated along Lexington. <br />2) That staff approves final drainage solutions. <br />3) That all plantings, flag poles, and curbing be constructed or relocated <br />outside of the new right-of-way. <br />Attached is the Planner's report. <br />The applicant has expressed concern regarding the required dedication of <br />right-of-way on Lexington. The applicant would like some time to consider <br />the dedication requirement. He has requested that the Council continue <br />action on his request to the August 27, 1984 Council Meeting. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying/continuing Ed Flaherty's <br />request for variance to rear yard setback and <br />driveway setbacks at 1925 Lexington, with conditions, <br />if desired. <br />
