VIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />�4 at 1766 Alta Vista Drive. <br />The Planning Commission, at its July llth meeting, recommended, on a 5 Aye, 1 Nay vote, <br />approval of Charles Maiwurm's request for division of lot at 1766 Alta Vista Drive, <br />with the following conditions: <br />1) That 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated along Dale street. <br />2) That the additional sanitary sewer assessment be paid upon sub division. <br />3) That a sanitary sewer service easement be dedicated along the northerly <br />property line. <br />4) That the applicant petition for a public water service to serve this lot <br />and that the water service project be approved. <br />5) That any drive with access to Dale Street must be a turnaround. <br />Attached is the Planner's report. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion approving/denying Charles Maiwurm's request f-ir <br />division of lot at 1766 Alta Vista Drive with conditions, <br />if desired. <br />
