Andre <br />City Manager <br />Roseville City Hall <br />2660 Civic Center Dr. <br />Roseville MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Andre: <br />The undersigned represents Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Beauclaire <br />who reside at 1758 Alta Vista Drive. Apparently a petition <br />is being considered to permit division of the lot at 1766 <br />Alta Vista Drive in Roseville. The Beauclaires oppose <br />this petition for several reasons. First, they believe <br />that it will significantly decrease the esthetic value and <br />the privacy which currently exists. <br />:3econdly, the Beauclaires are retired, living on a fixed <br />income, and do not have the finances to pay the sewer and <br />water assessments which would undoubtedly accompany the <br />lot divisions. <br />Please note this objection for your records ana advise me <br />if any iort of formal or informal hearing is LeA on this <br />petition so that we can appear personally and state our <br />Position wore fully.
