C <br />�DC <br />rc <br />2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE '�LEPHONE <br />A34.3371 <br />•,IINNESOTA 551; <br />July 26, 1984 <br />Doreen Priem <br />1432 Judith <br />Roseville, MN SS113 <br />Dear Mrs. Priem: <br />The City Council, at its July 23rd meeting, approved your request <br />for variance to parking setback to allow parking up to the north <br />and east property lines at 1739 Rice with the following conditions: <br />1) That the variance be limited to the period of time that the <br />existing structure remains in operation. <br />2) That the expanded driveway and parking, areas be bordered with <br />poured in -place concrete curb. <br />3) That the south IS feet of the property remain without impedi- <br />ments to traffic. <br />4) That the development be constructed in accordance with the <br />site plan dated S/14/84, with the exception that the proposed <br />pInntings be deleted in favor of a fence. <br />S) That board -on -board wood fencing be constructed to screen <br />vehicle headlights from the house to the west. <br />Please see Gordy Qeseth in our Code Enforcement Department to obtain <br />a building permit.
