• <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at <br />8:15 a.m., Monday, May 21, 1984, in the City Hall to consider the <br />following: <br />Robert King request for minor variance to side yard setback <br />at 2619 Dellwood. <br />The applicant proposes to construct an addition to the south and west <br />of the existing house. The existing house extends to within 12 feet <br />of the north side property line. The ordinance requires a 30-foot <br />setback.
