L-� <br />ITEM NO.: ITEM DESCRIPTION' Robert King request for minor variance at MGR REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />2819 Dellwood. <br />Mr. King proposes to construct an addition to the south and west of tlae existing <br />house at 2819 Dellwood. The existing house extends to within 5 feet of the <br />north side property line. The ordinance requires as 30-foot setback. A minor <br />variance is required to bring the site into conformance to allow the construction <br />of the proposed addition. <br />'llic Minor Variance Board will provide ar recommendation on Mr. King's request at <br />the Council meotiaig. <br />Attached are it site plan and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/denying, Robert. King's request for <br />minor variance to north side yard setback to bring <br />tlae existing; house into conformance to allow the <br />construction of ran addition to the south and west <br />of the existing house at 2819 Dullwood. <br />
