HEAD APPROVAL. <br />Reports 4 Recommendations Administration 1 111, <br />ITEM NO.: I ITEM DESCRIPTION' Ronald Christensen request for minor variance MGR. REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />9 .3 at 901 Grandview. <br />The Minor Variance Board, at its May 16th meeting, recommended approval of <br />Ronald Christensen's request for minor variance to east side yard setback <br />at 901 Grandview. Mr. Christensen proposes to construct an addition to the <br />east side of the existing house extending to within 22 feet of the east side <br />yard property line. The ordinance requires a 30-foot setback. <br />Attached are site p -in and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/denying Ronald Christensen's <br />request for minor variance to side yard setback <br />to allow the construction of an addition to the <br />existing house extending to within 22 feet of <br />the east side yard property line. <br />
