REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />I— J 755 Lovell. rN <br />The Minor Variance Board, at its May 16th meeting, recommended approval of <br />Clara Flaherty's request for minor variance to east side yard setback at <br />755 Lovell. The existing house extends to within 6 feet of the east side <br />yard property line. The ordinance requires a 10-foot setback. The minor <br />variance is needed to bring the site into conformance to allow the con- <br />struction of a proposed deck on the rear of the house. <br />Attached are a s'te plan and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/denying Clara Flaherty's request <br />for minor variance to east side yard setback at <br />755 Lovell to bring the site into conformance to <br />allow the construction of a deck on the rear of the <br />existing house. <br />
