NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City <br />of Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will <br />meet at 8:10 a.m., Wednesday, May 16, 1984, in the City Hall to <br />consider the following: <br />Clara Flaherty request for minor variance to east side <br />yard setback at 755 Lovell. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a deck on the rear of the <br />existing house. The existing house extends to within 6 feet <br />of the east side yard property line. The ordinance requires a <br />10-foot setback. The minor variance is needed to bring the site <br />into conformance to allow the construction of the deck. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Block 2, Lot 15, Tschida's plat. <br />Fs Andre, City Manager <br />
