ADDENDUM TO PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />The undersigned parties to the Purchase Agreement dated` , 1984, <br />on the property located at 2535 West County Road C in Rose ille, Minnesota, <br />hereby mutually agree to supplement said contract as fellows: <br />1. The purchase agreemment is contingent upon the following: <br />a. Results of soil. borings taken by buyers which Prove to <br />their satisfaction that the land is suited for their <br />development plans and that there are no contaminants <br />in the soil which would necessitate removal. <br />b. Approval by the City of Roseville of buyers' concept and <br />development plans. <br />`T1iese contingencies will remain in effect until removed by the <br />Puyers. however, if the contingencies have not been removed by <br />June 15, 1984, this purchase agreement shall became null and void <br />at the option of the seller. <br />2. Vie sellers agree to pay a sales commission to Roger M. Rohrer as <br />agent for Muske Campany in the total armount of TWELVE TiKXJSAND <br />rOLLARS ($12,000.00). Such sales commission shall be paid at the <br />t , of closing. <br />3. 71iis agreement is subject to the termination of the purchase <br />agreement entered into by the sellers with Dallas Development <br />Ccaaapany. .
