It is recognized that State Farm may not <br />agree to such an automatic termination provision in the easement, <br />in which event there shall be none. In such case, the parties <br />agree to use their best efforts to obtain a release from State <br />Farm as to said easement at such time as the New Road is <br />completed. However, in all events Buyer shall be responsible for <br />any costs and expenses for survey or title work which State Farm <br />deems necessary in order to establish that the Vertimag Pro ert <br />has access by means of the New Road, when completed. p y <br />11. Seller shall, within a reasonable time after <br />approval OC this Agreement, furnish a cOMMitment for an owner's <br />-L title insurance issued by Title Services, Inc. in <br />Of the purchase price of the subject premises.
