PAUL, MINNESOTA 55105 <br />May 9, 1984 <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Attention: Mr. James Andre, City Administrator <br />RE: Proposed County Road "C" <br />Development by Commers-Klodt <br />Gentlemen: <br />Weahora-4a ppraiaera <br />CONSULTANTS <br />Sales --Management <br />Telephone (612) 690-5551 <br />A letter and application were submitted to you dated May 1, 1984 from <br />Mr. Paul Klodt relating to the proposed high technology office -warehouse <br />development by Commers-Klodt along County Road "C" near the west city <br />limits. <br />Please be advised there are three minor mistakes in the submission which <br />should be brought to your attention. They are as follows: <br />Item: The land area stated in the second paragraph on the <br />second page should be 4.66 acres rather than 4.75 acres. <br />NOTE: The 4.66 acres is the approximate usable area <br />excluding the land to be dedicated for roadway purposes <br />(Ccmmers Drive) and excluding the northerly .89- acre <br />of the Marabella ownership. <br />Item: The legal description of the land acquired from the First <br />National Bank of St. Paul in paragraph 3 of the fourth page is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />Legal: That part of the South 706.48 feet of the West <br />9 acres of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest <br />quarter of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, lying West of the East 167.71 <br />feet thereof. <br />(Continued) <br />0o WM.
