A drainage plan with calculations is required. <br />2. Poured -in -place concrete curb around parking lot. <br />3. An easement between Commer-Klodt and the R 2E building for driveway <br />placement. <br />4. A 20-foot drainage easement across the pond to accept off site runoff. <br />S. The proposed new public road name is recommended to be changed to <br />Patton Road, due to an existing street narycd Commerce Street south <br />of 'r.M.36. <br />6. An additional 6.5 feet of right of way is required for County Road C <br />This will change the building set back to 8.5 feet, not 15 feet. <br />7. Con-lition of final approval subject to approval of public cul-de-sac <br />be g ordered in. <br />
