OPTION TO PURCIiASE AGREDIENT <br />This agreement. dated��y5/ is between Corrmners-Klodt as <br />Seller (optionor) and Vertimag Systems Corporation as Buyer (optionee). <br />The Buyer reserves the option to purchase the following described property: <br />The North 566.71t�feet of the East two acres of the West eleven <br />acres of the SW-4 of the SW4 of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, subject to any restrictions, reservations, <br />and easements of record. <br />The purchase option on the property is for a term of two years, which term <br />ccnmences on August 1, 1984.
