REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />Le.0 iance at 1880 Draper Drive. n <br />Anthony Menke is requesting a minor variance to rear yard setback <br />at 1880 Draper Drive. Mr. Menke proposes to construct an addition <br />to the northwesterly corner of the existing house. The existing <br />house extends to within 16 feet of the rear yard property line. <br />The ordinance requires a 30-foot setback. A minor variance is <br />needed to bring the existing house into conformance to allow the <br />proposed addition. <br />The Minor Variance Board will provide a verbal recommendation at the <br />Council. meeting. <br />Attached are a site plan and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/denying Anthony Menke's' <br />request for minor variance to rear yard <br />setback to bring the existing house into <br />conformance with City Code at 1880 Draper <br />Drive. <br />
