• <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet <br />at 8:15 a.m., Monday, May 7, 1984, in the City Hall to consider the <br />following: <br />Anthony Menke request for minor variance to rear yard setback <br />at 1880 Draper Drive. <br />The applicant proposes to construct an addition to the northwest corn <br />of the existing house. The existing house extends to within 16 feet of <br />the rear yard property line.
