The Reeds propose to construct an addition to the existing <br />house extending to within 20 feet from the front yard property line. <br />The ordinance requires a 30-foot setback. <br />Attached are a site plan and a map showing consenting property owners. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/denying Robert and Mary Reed's <br />request for a 10-foot minor variance to front <br />yard setback to allow the construction of an <br />addition to the existing home extending to within <br />20 feet of the front yard property line. <br />
