Mr. <br />Vavra proposes to construct an addition to the rear of the existing house. <br />The existing house is nonconforming in that it extends to within 8 feet of <br />the side yard property line. The ordinance requires a to -foot setback. The <br />minor variance is needed to bring the existing house into conformance <br />the construction of the addition. to allow <br />Attached are a site plan and a maj) showing consenting property owners. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion approving/denying Robert Vavra's request <br />for a two -foot minor variance to bring the <br />existing home into conformance with City Code. <br />
