e <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet <br />at 8:15 a.m., Wednesday, April 4, 1984, in the City Hall to consider <br />the following: <br />Mr. Earl Rymer's request for a minor variance to side yard <br />setback at 2256 Lexington. <br />The applicant proposes to construct an addition to the southerly end <br />of the existing house. Because the house is also used for a private <br />music school, all structures on the property must be at least 30 feet <br />from any property line. The existing garage is 24 feet from the <br />southerly property line. The minor variance is to bring the garage <br />into conformance with the City Code. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Auditor's subdivision No. 46, subj. to Hwy.
