Oarlson was. <br />absent, <br />The minutes were corrected as follows: On Page 1 under Roads the motion MI`'U`�IaS <br />should read that the matter bo referred to the Engineer. On Pafe 2 under <br />Amendment to Ordinance it should read "consider amending, the list of <br />special uses in the zoning ordinance under the R-1 classification to <br />include music schools". Und,—Radmann Rezoning; Shields }4arr8d, Flanagan <br />4r;, <br />Seconded. Under Special Use Permit for Parking the motion should read <br />�a,f, <br />that the people be notified at the time the amendment to the ordinance <br />is brought up again. Under Lundblad Rezoning the follcnTing should be <br />added to the seebnd. line "rezoning be denied because it constitutes spot <br />zoning and that the area should be n7 ,ati;rd".
