a NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, April 4, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following request: Cy -Con, Inc. request for variances to floor area ratio, parking setback, and parking requirements at 3075 Long Lake Road. The applicant proposes to construct a 2,750 sq. ft. addition to the office space of the existing building. The variances are needed to bring the existing building into conformance with the City Code.
