a <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville <br />will meet at the Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, <br />April 4, 1984, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of considering the following <br />request: <br />Cy -Con, Inc. request for variances to floor area ratio, parking <br />setback, and parking requirements at 3075 Long Lake Road. <br />The applicant proposes to construct a 2,750 sq. ft. addition to the office <br />space of the existing building. The variances are needed to bring the <br />existing building into conformance with the City Code. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />All that part of the North Half (N 1/2) of Section Five (5), Township <br />Twenty -Nine (29) North, Range Twenty -Three (23) West, lying within the <br />following described lines: <br />Commencing at a point on the North line of said SeCti0h Five (5) distant <br />three hundred eighty-one and forty-six hundredths (381.46) feet East (assumed <br />bearing) of the North Quarter Corner of said Section Five (5), thence South <br />twenty-nine (29) degrees, forty-nine (49) minutes, twenty-five (25) seconds <br />West along the Southeasterly right-of-way line of relocated T.H. 8-63 a distance <br />of two hundred eighty (280) feet to the point of beginning of the parcel of land <br />herein described, thence South twenty-nine (29) degrees, forty-nine (49) minutes, <br />twenty-five (25) seconds West along the side Southeasterly right-of-way line a <br />distance of two hundred sixteen and five -tenths (216.5) feet, thence South sixty <br />(60) degrees, ten (10) minutes, thirty-five (35) seconds East a distance oi' <br />twenty-eight and five -tenths (28.5) feet thence South twenty-nine (29) degrees, <br />forty-nine (49) minutes, twenty-five (25) seconds West a distance of one thousand <br />twenty-three and forty-four hundredths (1023.44) feet to the Northerly line of <br />Northern States Power Company right-of-way thence South fifty-one (51) degrees, <br />-ixteen (16) minutes East along the said Northerly right-of-way line a distance <br />of three hundred ninety-five and ninety-eight hundredths (395.98) feet to a <br />point on the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Long Lake Road, thence North <br />twenty-nine (29) degrees, forty-nine (49) minutes, twenty-five (25) seconds East <br />along the Northwesterly right-of-way line of Long Lake Road a distance of one <br />thousand three hundred ninety-four and thirty-one hundredths (1394.31) feet, <br />thence North seventy-two (72) degrees, forty (40) minutes, thirty-five (35) <br />seconds West a distance of four hundred twenty-nine and nine -tenths (429.9) <br />feet to the point of beginning; subject to Standard Oil Company pipeline <br />easement over the Southerly fifty (50) feet thereof, <br />Excepting therefrom a strip of land <br />way on and across the North Half (N 1/2) <br />Nine (29) North, Range Twenty -Three (23) <br />as follows: <br />eighteen (18) feet in width for a rail - <br />of Section Five (5), Township Twenty - <br />West, the center line being described <br />
