• <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Minor Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, will meet <br />at 8:30 a.m., Monday, November 14, 1983, in the City Hall to consider <br />the following: <br />Mel Vanderbilt request for minor variance to side yard setback <br />at 1284 Draper. <br />The applicant proposes to enlarge the existing garage to the south and <br />west. The existing house and garage extend to within 10 feet of the <br />east side yard property line. The ordinance requiresa 30-foot setback. <br />The minor variance is required to bring the existing garage into conformance <br />and to allow the addition to be constructed within 10 feet of the east side <br />property line. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Midway Hills RE of Como Garden Lots, E 1/2 of Lot 2, and all of Lot 1 <br />of Block 15. <br />ames F.
