CONSENT AND APPROVAL <br />OF RELOCATION OF DWELLING <br />Chris A. Carlsen has explained to me his intent to move a residential <br />dwelling to 2975 Cleveland, Roseville, a vacant lot with legal descrip- <br />tion as follows: <br />The South 60 feet of the East 363 feet of the North 1880 feet <br />of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota. <br />It is understood that this dwelling will be permanently attached to a <br />foundation to be constructed at 2975 Cleveland, and shall comply with <br />all building codes. Pictures of this dwelling have been shown to me and <br />a general description of it given. <br />Chris A. Carlsen has explained to me that the purpose of this consent <br />and approval is -to comply with the requirement that an application for <br />relocation of a dwelling must be accompanied by a written consent and <br />approval of at least 50% of the property owners within 250 feet of the <br />re�..ocation. <br />I hereby acknowledge that I am the owner of the property whose adress <br />is listed below and do give my consent and approval to the relocation <br />and permanent installation of the aforementioned residential dwelling <br />at 2975 Cleveland, Roseville, Minnesota. <br />Date: <br />Signature: <br />Adress : <br />
