The trees are specifically two 2011 oaks and a <br />3611 ash. <br />I am requesting that the building setback from the North property line be <br />changed from the original variance of 10 feet to a 15 foot setback moving <br />the building 5 feet closer to Sandhurst. Because the building would be <br />moved 5 feet closer to Sandhurst, I am requesting a variance to move the <br />parking lot 5 feet closer to Sandhurst, from a 15 foot setback to a 10 <br />foot setback. <br />I am also asking a variance to the original plan regarding a parking lot <br />turn around. I would like to widen the turn around to provide 3 parking <br />stalls. This would allow the 3611 ash to be kept outside the black top <br />parking lot. The original 7 foot setback from Lexington to parking lot <br />turn around, which would now become parking stalls would not be changed. <br />I also ask for a postponment for sidewalk requirement on Sandhurst side. <br />When Sandhurst is developed for sidewalks I will connect to it. <br />Respectfully, <br />Dean M.
