I am writing at this time to advise you, formally, that Mr. Robbins wishes to and does hereby withdraw his Application for Approval of the noted. Planned Unit Development. I understand that the Application was to be heard and considered by the Council on November 2, 1983. Please have this matter removed from the Council's agenda. In the event you have any questions concerning the foregoing, or in the event further action is required in order to remove this matter from the Council's agenda, please contact me immediately. For your information, Mr. Robbins has elected to withdraw his application, at this time, due to certain conditions that have been im- posed in relation to the application, Specifically, Mr, Robbins ob- jects to the attempt by the City and/or County, to acquire an additional 10 feet along the westerly boundary of his property. Such a taking, would cause the westerly boundary line of the property to run through a present improvement on the property. Obviously, such a situation is unacceptable. In the event there is a possibility that the application would be approved without acquisition of the above described 10 feet,
