Planned Unit Development. I understand that the Application <br />was to be heard and considered by the Council on November 2, 1983. Please <br />have this matter removed from the Council's agenda. In the event you have <br />any questions concerning the foregoing, or in the event further action is <br />required in order to remove this matter from the Council's agenda, please <br />contact me immediately. <br />For your information, Mr. Robbins has elected to withdraw his <br />application, at this time, due to certain conditions that have been im- <br />posed in relation to the application, Specifically, Mr, Robbins ob- <br />jects to the attempt by the City and/or County, to acquire an additional <br />10 feet along the westerly boundary of his property. Such a taking, <br />would cause the westerly boundary line of the property to run through <br />a present improvement on the property. Obviously, such a situation is <br />unacceptable. In the event there is a possibility that the application <br />would be approved without acquisition of the above described 10 feet, <br />
