t <br />June 28, 1990 <br />CITY PLANNING Dept. <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Mn. 55113 <br />To Whom it may concern: <br />I wish to sub -divide my single family residential lot at <br />222 No. McCarrons Blvd. into two single family lots. <br />The lot is currently 308.93 x 474.22 feet, which I wish <br />to sub -divided into lots of 308.93' x 257.22 (north lot) <br />and 308.93'x 217' (south lot). <br />The continued use of the property will be Single family. <br />The current zoning is single family use which will remain. <br />I would appreciate your consideration to the matter <br />as I have decided that having someone building a deluxe <br />home of the South lot will be to give that family <br />the overall enjoyment of living on Lake McCarrons.
