The first notice establishes public hearings before the Planning Commission and the City Council to change the land use plan for the area generally north of Rosedale and east of Fairview. A map of that area is attached for your information. The proposed land use change is identified by "Subject Property" on the map. The hearing before the Planning Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, October h, 1982, at 7:30 .m. The hearing before the Council is sc a ule fog Wednesday, October 13, 1982, at 7:00 .m. This proposed change will not affect those properties west of I-35 and north of S.T.H. 280 and 36. The second notice establishes a public hearing before the City Council to consider the Redevelopment and Tax Increment Plan. Attached is a map identifying the Redevelopment and Tax Increment areas. This hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, October 13, 1_ 9�82,*at 7:00 p.m. (the same date on which the proposer.angd and use ce wi71=e consi ered). The purpose of this memo is to invite all the affected property owners to an informational meeting to explain the Redevelopment and Tax Increment Plan, and to respond to any questions about the Plan. It is not a meeting to indicate statements of support or opposition to the Plan.
