Lexington has wide unused right away which places <br />sign approximately Y' from Lexington curb and in line <br />with existing sign. <br />#3 Parking lot turn around (east) 71 set back (code 151). <br />Turn around would create ease in manuvering for end parking <br />spaces and would align with sign set back. <br />Every effort will be made to save existing trees, boulevards <br />and side yards.
