The beauty shop be limited to 2 days a week; 8 hours
per day.
b. No signs be permitted on the property.
I have adhered to the above -mentioned restrictions.
I also request my customers park in the driveway and schedule all
appointments.so there is no need to park on the street.
My clientile have been very cooperative and understanding of these
restrictions. I have obtained new customers through "word of mouth"
r
and these are mainly friends of my weekly clientile. I do not have
a sign posted anywhere on the property nor do I intend to post one.,
I do not have customer service cards and my shop is not advertised
in any newspaper.
'I -have been restricted, in the former permit, to 2 days a week,
=
Having operated my shop on that basis for the past 3 p years, I wish
to apply for an extension of one more day for the following reasons:
a.. If I am booked for those 2 days, and a customer calls for
an emergency appointment for another day, I am unable to
accomodate her because of the emergency only, without violating
my permit.
b. During the 3 years of operation, I have not received any
complaints from the neighbors. We maintain our home and
yard in such a manner that the neighbors, or people driving
by, would not know that I operate a shop in my home.
y
