The applicant proposes to rezone the property to <br />permit the existing building to be used as a retail sales outlet for a computer <br />store and for Roberts Construction offices. <br />Council Action Requested: Motion referring the above application to the January <br />Sth Planning Commission meeting, and also establishing. <br />the Council public hearing for the meeting of January loth. <br />
